Yoga With Lucy
My yoga journey began in my early 20's, offering me inner balance and strength during the busy years when moving from the working environment into the joys of motherhood.
​
Initially training as a Sivananda teacher in 1997, I further explored a more flowing and dynamic practice which I have been teaching since and continue to hold regular weekly classes.
​
Yin yoga has been part of my life for the past 14 years having been fortunate enough to train with Sarah Powers on a number of occasions. I weave this nourishing and restorative practice into my regular teaching as well as holding specific candlelit Yin classes during the term.
