Hello
I am a Naturopathic Herbalist and Iridologist, having studied for 5 years at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.
Growing up in Yorkshire offered the perfect backdrop to nurture a deep connection with my natural surroundings. Spending many years potion-making with my sister and offering our ‘medicine’ to any willing family members cultivated an appreciation of plants which has further continued over the years.
My Story
With a background as a Cordon Bleu chef from The Tante Marie School of Cookery in 1989, I gained diverse experience working in London and abroad with an emphasis on nutritious meals. I have been an enthusiastic gardener for the past 30 years, growing herbs and vegetables for the family and my home apothecary.
After qualifying as a Yoga Instructor in 1997, I taught in London for 4 years before moving to Sussex where I continue to teach a flowing vinyasa practice with an emphasis on Yin yoga.
My lifelong passion for herbal medicine and naturopathy led me to pursue my dream. I studied with Neal’s Yard Remedies and later at The College of Naturopathic Medicine which offered the ideal course to perfectly weave together my beliefs and deeply ingrained principles.
